Six leads mean that smartwatch with a help of compatible application records 6 medical grade graphics giving data about cardiac activity. A six-lead ECG provides physicians with information about heart condition, giving the ability to detect arrhythmias.
WHY ATRIAL FIBRILLATION (AF) MATTERS?
Stroke is one of the most likely outcomes of AF. In-hospital ECG may not display AF if no symptoms occur during the testing. Atrial Fibrillation remains most clinically significant arrhythmia. Prevalence is about 1-3% in general population which is around 200 million people worldwide
